What is the Gold Star Guarantee?
Item as Described. Riley’s Bargain Barn will guarantee that the item in our listing will be as described. We will carefully review each item and list any and all flaws that can be seen or felt with fingers. The pictures that you see in our listings are of the actual item you will receive. At your request, we will send addition pictures of the item.
Communication: We guarantee to stay in contact through the entire purchasing process. We check our email several times a day. We what to make sure that you get all your questions answered before you make the decision to place a bid. We will send an email as soon as your item is shipped.
Shipping Time: Riley’s Bargain Barn guarantees that we will ship your item within 24 hours of your payment. We make sure that your item is packed securely in bubble wrap or packing peanuts for safe keeping during it’s journey. All the packaging items are guaranteed to be clean. In most case we will ship your item in a brand new box. However, we may recycle a box as long as it is clean and sturdy. Our preferred method of shipment is USPS Priority Mail. According to USPS, this service will take 2-3 days to arrive once they have the package.
Shipping & Handling Charges: We guarantee that our shipping charges will be fair and comply with eBay’s Shipping Charges Policy. Included with the cost of shipping is a handling charge. This charge will include insurance, delivery confirmation, highly protective packing materials and careful handling. We do offer a shipping discount if you purchase multiple items. Shipping for the first item (highest priced shipping) will be at full price. Each additional item will be $2 to $3 each. This additional cost may be higher depending on the size, weight and destination of the items being shipped together.
